Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with the Chulabhorn Research Institute, wins 3 international awards at SIIF 2025 and is invited by NRCT to serve as a speaker at the Thai invention press conference

Congratulations to Assist. Prof. Kavita Kanjanamekanant, Lecturer, Department of Prosthodontics on the occasion that the research project conducted in collaboration with the Chulabhorn Research Institute has successfully won 3 international awards from the 2025 Seoul International Invention Fair (SIIF 2025) held in Seoul, Republic of Korea

The awarded research project titled
“BioDent Gel: Injectable Composite Hydrogel for Dental Tissue Engineering”
has received a total of 3 prestigious awards, as follows:
1. NRCT Special Award from the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT)
2. Special Prize for the Best International Invention
3. Bronze Prize for excellent efforts in creating invention(s)

Following this achievement, the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) has invited Assist. Prof. Kavita Kanjanamekanant to participate as a speaker and to showcase the award-winning invention at the Thai Invention Press Conference on Friday, 12 December 2025, at the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), in order to disseminate the success of Thai inventors to the public and to promote Thailand’s image in science, technology, and innovation on the global stage.
