FDCU Welcomed Exchange Students from The University of Hong Kong, Reinforcing Ongoing Academic Ties

The Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, welcomed 2 exchange students from The University of Hong Kong during 23-27 February 2026 for a visit and observational study at various departments and units within the Faculty.
The program began with a visit to the Vach Vidyavaddhana Museum and the Human Body Museum, organized by the International Affairs Department, to provide the exchange students with an understanding of the Faculty’s history and to enrich their academic experience.

On the second day of the program, the exchange students also joined the King Mobile Dental Unit on an outreach to Baan Pakkret, Pakkret District, Nonthaburi, where they took part in providing proactive dental services to people in the local community.


Throughout the program, the exchange students visited and observed the following clinics and units:

  • Oral Diagnosis Clinic
  • Occlusion Clinic
  • Radiology Clinic
  • Operating Room
  • Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic
  • UG Pediatric Clinic


On the day before the program ended, Prof. Pornchai Jansisyanont, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, presented certificates of participation for the exchange program and souvenirs to all 2 students.


This activity reflected the role of the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, as a learning hub and a center for international academic collaboration. It aimed to promote the exchange of knowledge, patient care experience, and clinical practices between the Faculty and The University of Hong Kong, laying the foundation for continued and sustainable cooperation in education and shared development in the future.
