FDCU welcomed PhD exchange students from Universiti Malaya and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia to the Department of Orthodontics, fostering international academic collaboration and strengthening institutional networks

Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University welcomed 12 PhD exchange dental students from two leading Malaysian institutions, Universiti Malaya (UM) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), with six students from each university, during 23 to 27 February 2026 for an academic visit and study tour at the Department of Orthodontics.

On the final day of the program, Assoc. Prof. Pintu-On Chantarawaratit, Head of the Department of Orthodontics, presented certificates of participation to all exchange students.

The visit represented another meaningful initiative that highlights the faculty’s role as a hub for learning and international academic collaboration, while offering overseas exchange students the opportunity to closely experience the faculty’s educational practices and academic environment.
