FDCU Welcomes Exchange Dental Students from Newcastle University for Visiting and Observing Clinical Practices
From July 22 to 24, 2025, the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University warmly welcomed two fourth-year exchange students from the School of Dental Sciences, Newcastle University, United Kingdom, who participated in a student exchange program to observe the dental clinics and various departments within the Faculty.
During their visit, the exchange students had the opportunity to observe and learn from the following clinics and units:
- Prosthodontics Clinic
- Occlusion Clinic
- Periodontology Clinic
- Graduate Periodontology Clinic
- Digital Dentistry Center
- Operating Room
- Operative Dentistry Clinic
At the end of the program, Associate Professor Dr. Rangsima Sakoolnamarka, Associate Dean for International Affairs, Communications, and Social Engagement, presented certificates and souvenirs to the exchange students as a token of participation.
The Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, hosts exchange students from the School of Dental Sciences, Newcastle University annually—reflecting a strong institutional relationship and an ongoing commitment to fostering a global network among leading dental schools.
