Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University Partners with Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, Signing MoU to Elevate Academic and Sustainable Dentistry Collaboration
On 13 July 2026, the executive team and faculty members of the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, led by Prof. Pornchai Jansisyanont, Dean of the Faculty, visited Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, to strengthen academic collaboration between the two institutions.
During the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formally signed between the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, and Universitas Gadjah Mada. The delegation also participated in the 2026 International Dental Summer Course.
On this occasion, Prof. Thanaphum Osathanon, Prof. Thantira Porntaveetus, and Asst. Prof. Pimdeun Siwawong, were invited to deliver lectures under the theme, “Sustainable Dentistry: Integrating Prevention, Innovation and Environmental Responsibility.” The theme highlighted the integration of preventive care, innovation, and environmental responsibility in advancing sustainable dentistry.
