Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University Enhances Academic Cooperation with a Visit to the Institute of Dental Medicine, Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic

The Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, visited the Institute of Dental Medicine, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, in Prague, Czech Republic, on September 3, 2026, to strengthen academic ties and exchange perspectives in dental education. The delegation was led by Professor Pornchai Jansisyanont, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, together with members of the Faculty’s administrative team and faculty members. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Professor René Foltán, Vice Dean for Dentistry and Head of the Institute of Dental Medicine, and Dr. Antonín Tichý. On this occasion, Professor Thanaphum Osathanon was invited to deliver a lecture entitled “Dental Education in Thailand: An Example Case of Chulalongkorn University,” providing an opportunity to exchange experiences and perspectives in dental education and to further strengthen academic relations and collaboration between the two institutions.
