Assistant Professor Dr. Chayanit Chaweewannakorn is a faculty member in the Department of Occlusion at the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University. Her scientific expertise focuses on skeletal muscle biology, inflammation, and tissue regeneration through modern biotechnologies. Her prior research developed in-vitro techniques for investigating muscle recovery mechanisms and screening bioactive compounds. She is currently expanding her academic focus to include clinical research on orofacial pain, temporomandibular disorders (TMD), and dental sleep medicine, utilizing her expertise in muscle biology to improve patient care. The recent clinical works highlight on diverse treatment strategies and assessment tools for pain impact.
