Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University Hosts Special Lecture “The Science of Bioactive Glasses: Innovations in Modern Dental Care Part II”

The Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University hosted the special lecture “The Science of Bioactive Glasses: Innovations in Modern Dental Care Part II” on 8 July 2026, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., at the Rareuk Khun Auditorium, 2nd Floor, Boromanathsrinagarindra Building.

The lecture was delivered by Professor Robert Hill, an internationally renowned expert in dental biomaterials, who shared his expertise on Fluoride Containing Bioactive Glass and BioMinF Toothpaste. The event was warmly opened by Prof. Pornchai Jansisyanont, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, and Prof. Thantrira Porntaveetus, Associate Dean for Research and Innovation, who welcomed the speaker and participants.

In addition, Dr. Sangsuk Pithayanukul, founder of the Smooth E cosmeceutical brand and Dentiste’ toothpaste, attended the lecture and participated in discussions with the attendees.

The lecture was part of the Two-Part Lecture Series, which aims to foster academic knowledge exchange and provide valuable learning opportunities with internationally recognized experts.
