FDCU Welcomed Exchange Student from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) for clinical observations and visits to various departments of the Faculty
The Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, welcomed 1 exchange student from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, during 21-25 September 2026. The student visited and undertook an observation program across various departments and units of the faculty.
On the first day of the program, the International Affairs Department accompanied the exchange student to visit the Vach Vidyavaddhana Museum and the Human Body Museum, allowing her to learn about the Faculty’s history and enhancing their academic experience.
Throughout the program, the exchange student a visited and observed various clinics and departments as follows:
- CUIE
- UG Prosthodontics Clinic
- Digital Dentistry Lab
- Radiology Clinic
- Operating Room
- UG Operative Clinic
- Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic
On the final day of the program, Assoc. Prof. Lt. Rangsima Sakoolnamarka, Associate Dean for International Affairs Corporate Communication and Social Activities, presented certificate of participation and souvenir to exchange student.
This activity reflects the role of the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, as a hub for learning and international collaboration. It aims to promote the exchange of knowledge, patient care experiences, and clinical practices, while fostering strong relations between the two institutions and creating opportunities for future collaboration in education and academic development.
