Guidelines for Competition and Presentation
Poster Competition
- Abstract Submission Deadline: 31 August 2026
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the Research Competition Committee.
- Shortlisting may be conducted if submissions exceed category limits.
- Acceptance Notification: 15 September 2026
- Abstracts not selected for the competition will automatically be transferred to the regular poster presentation session.
- The Committee reserves the right to reassign submissions to a more appropriate category.
- Categories with insufficient entries may be merged.
- E-Poster Submission: 30 September 2026
- On-site Presentation: 26 November 2026
- One presenter is permitted per poster.
- Certificates and awards will be issued only to the designated presenter.
Poster Presentation (Non-Competition)
- Abstract Submission Deadline: 31 August 2026
- All submissions will be reviewed for scientific quality and suitability.
- Acceptance Notification: 15 September 2026
- E-Poster Submission: 30 September 2026
- On-site Presentation: 26 November 2026
- Accepted presenters must attend and present at the assigned session.
Important Notice
For both Poster Competition and Poster Presentation (Non-Competition), posters must be submitted by 30 September 2026.
Late submissions will not be accepted and will result in disqualification.
Please note that no changes, revisions, or replacements will be permitted after submission.
