ขั้นตอนการสมัคร [Procedure of Admission]

2. กรอกข้อมูลการสมัครออนไลน์ที่  www.register.gradchula.com เลือกหัวข้อ ลงทะเบียน > เข้าสู่ระบบรับสมัคร [Fill the online application form: www.register.gradchula.com (Menu a Registration > Login to your Account >
3. อัปโหลดเอกสาร [Upload PDF file all documents.]
4. ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการสมัคร 500 บาท ผ่าน ธนาคารกสิกรไทย สาขาสยามสแควร์  เลขที่บัญชี  026-2-70085-2  ชื่อบัญชี “คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาฯ”  [Payment By 500-baht cash via Bank account name “Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University” Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited, Siam Square Branch, A/C No. 026-2-70085-2]
5. ส่งใบสมัคร หลักฐานการชำระค่าสมัครและเอกสารประกอบทั้งหมด (ระบุหลักสูตร สาขาวิชาและรหัสหลักสูตรหน้าซอง) ส่งด้วยตนเองหรือ ทางไปรษณีย์ที่ สำนักงานบัณฑิตศึกษา ชั้น10 อาคารทันตแพทยศาสตร์เฉลิมนวมราช 80 คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ถนนอังรีดูนังต์ เขตปทุมวัน กรุงเทพฯ 10330 (ถือวันที่ที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ต้นทางประทับตราไม่เกิน 1 วัน หลังวันสุดท้ายของการรับสมัคร ทางไปรษณีย์) [Send application form, pay-in slip and all documents by hand or via mail service to Graduate study office, 10th Floor Chalermnawamaraj 80 Building, Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, 34 Henri-Dunant Road, Pathumwan Districts, Bangkok 10330 THAILAND (postal stamp of May 15, 2023 is considered the deadline). Please indicate curriculum, field of study and curriculum code on the envelope.]
